Helena G

My name is Helena, and I am passionate about the meeting between people, energies, and life itself. As a preschool teacher, entrepreneur, healer, and a student of True Self Life Coaching, I get to weave together the earthly and the spiritual. I am constantly inspired by children’s curiosity, the wisdom of nature, and the language of the soul — and by my deep love for life.

My path has taught me that true strength is found in presence and in daring to be authentic. Through healing, energy work, and my continued coaching training, I want to create spaces where people can feel seen, empowered, and reminded of their own light and inner power.

I have a strong interest in beauty and health, and I enjoy expressing myself in front of the camera. I dream of one day walking the catwalk, embracing confidence, creativity, and self-expression.

Music, movement, yoga,  nature, and quiet moments are my sources of restoration, and I believe that every person carries a unique tone that longs to be heard.
