I’m passionate about health, movement and natural ageing, and I love challenging the idea that getting older means playing it safe. I believe midlife is not about perfection, routines or staying in the background — it’s about staying curious, trying new things and being okay with not having it all figured out.

Nature is my reset button. You’ll find me skiing, running or playing padel just as often as strength training or group workouts. I work professionally with sustainability, love to travel, and value a life built on balance, energy and long-term well-being.
